1. Services
We provide digital telecom services, including:
- UK mobile top-ups and direct recharge.
- International mobile top-ups.
- Digital vouchers where offered.
- Mobile unlocking services.
Services are delivered digitally and may be subject to operator, country, and product availability.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, including the mobile number and country/operator details for top-ups. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect input from you.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices shown on the site are the customer prices you will pay. Processing fees may apply to wallet top-ups and will be shown at checkout. For digital products, pricing is fixed at time of purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method.
4. Delivery and fulfillment
Top-ups and vouchers are delivered digitally. Delivery times may vary by operator or country. For unlocking services, estimated turnaround times are shown where available and may vary by network or device.
You are responsible for verifying that the recipient number and operator details are correct before confirming a purchase.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Digital products are typically non-refundable once delivered or processed. If a transaction fails or is not delivered, we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund to the original payment method or your wallet.
If you believe there is an error, contact our support team promptly with your transaction reference.
6. Fraud, chargebacks, and misuse
We monitor transactions to prevent fraud and may delay or block transactions that appear unusual or high risk. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions and investigation.
You must not use the services for unlawful purposes, including fraud, resale in violation of network rules, or attempts to bypass restrictions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
